AG HOME FITNESS

This program features exercises such as bodyweight movements, interval training, circuit work, cardiovascular exercises and other exercises that will make sure your whole body is always on the go. Movements in this program are constantly varied, scalable and performed at high intensity.

 

CLASS REMINDERS

INTERNET CONNECTION

Be sure to have a strong internet connection. Video and audio quality may be affected if your connection is weak.

ATTENDANCE

Enter the waiting room 15 minutes prior to class to give yourself extra time to warm up and catch up with fellow students. We will allow a 10 minute window for latecomers

PROGRAM

Review the workout prior to class. This will be sent to you through email or viewable on the WOD tab for those with access. Our assumption is that you already know the workout, although we will still go through it together.

EQUIPMENT

Prepare all the equipment that you will need. You may need a PVC pipe / Resistance band or Long towel for some warm up movements. Backpack may be use in place of weights that may be required during the session.
